Product Review: Japonesque Artisan Slant Tip Tweezers

Note. This product was given to me for free to share my HONEST opinion with the AGCM community and an additional one to host a giveway with.

I'm all about saving money and shopping smart. You've got to have the ability to discern when it's ok to go cheaper and when it's worthwhile to invest in good quality items. These Japonesque Artisan Slant Tip Tweezers are an example of the latter. They really changed my mind. Before, I always had the mindset that tweezers are tweezers are tweezers are tweezers. Right? Like most, not something you think about investing in the "best craftsmanship".

But when I tried these out...... I seriously and honestly luv them. I shape and groom my eyebrows with tweezers. These ones are so precise and grab even the shortest of hairs on the first try. They blow my former, trusty tweezers (don't always pick up hair on the first try) outta the park! I'm diggin them in a major way.

The other thing I like about them, is once you get a pair, you get free reconditioning for the life of the tweezers. This means should yours lose their edge (since they're slant tip), simply send them to Japonesque and they'll recondition them. Now THAT'S what I'm talking about and this lets you know this company is serious about their craft. Can you say that for the 50 cent pair you bought at Wal-Mart? I'm just sayin....

Obviously if you don't tweeze a lot, you may not be interested in investing this much on them. Coo and totally understandable. But, maybe you still value higher quality some more and if you groom with tweezers frequently, these mos def are the bizness, baby. And they come in some really cute styles/designs to go with your personal style.

They are usually retailed at around $20 a pair and can be found at Ulta, Ricky's (if you live in the Nyc area you know about this store), Trade Secrets, Beauty First "and other fine retailers". Visit the site for more retail locations they can be found.

The official giveway will begin and have details posted up when we've reached 300 followers. Stay tuned.

Happy Precise Plucking!
