AGrlCanTravel: Johannesburg, South Africa

I want to go to Jo-Burg next year! I haven't shared much about my travels on here but I am going to start talking about traveling more. I want to encourage brown people to get out there and see as much of the world as they possibly can. Not only is it totally fun and memorable, it just does something to you to see different places than your own. It's a totally enriching experience. I'm fortunate that my parents love to travel and exposed me and my sisters to it since we were born. I've been to London, Paris, islands in the Caribbean, Canada and many states here in the US. Since starting work again in 2010 after 2 years of being unemployed, my traveling slowed down tremendously but I've decided I want to travel somewhere cool at least once a year. I love experiencing new things and learning about different cultures, history, etc that traveling exposes you to.

My mother was asked to make a quilt for Nelson Mandela and it's going to be in an exhibit in South Africa next year and my parents are going. I want to go too! Can you imagine what an incredible experience that will be? I am going to use my hustlers spirit and the law of attraction to get me on the plane out there with them. I will share my financial plan to get to go in another post. Where do you want to travel to next year?

I love travelling! I have been to Spain, Korea and Jamaica. I am going to the Philippines (no, not the island hit by the typhoon) in January to visit family. I would like to visit Canada, New Orleans (I know it's not far, but it's been a dream of mine for a long time), Brazil, Panama, Ireland and India. I know you will make it to South Africa because you are dedicated and determined to fulfilling your goals!
