The BIZZ Plan for Bossy Inspiration & Encouragement

{Image Source: www.thebizzplan.com}

Get some more "bossy" inspiration from business blog, The BIZZ Plan and their shows. Benoni, the founder and owner of the site, touts it as an unorthodox business blog and vehicle for sharing hope and teachable moments with others. I love to see people of color blogging about other things besides just fashion and beauty/hair. We have so much range, like anyone else, and I'm hungry for all kinds of content from us that exemplifies that. Benoni also created The BIZZ Plan show, found on Issa Rae's Youtube channel, where short interviews are held with people of color who own various businesses. What I like most about the show is that the features aren't really asked to share an overview of their actual [business] plan and exactly how they became successful. It's more like them sharing their philosophies on their businesses and success, why they enjoy what they're doing and sharing inspiration and words of encouragement. I also like that because the episodes are short, they wet your appetite just enough to want to learn more about each feature and their endeavors after watching. One of my favorite episodes is below. You can check out all of The BIZZ Plan episodes on Issa Rae's Youtube channel and also visit the website at www.thebizzplan.com.

Awww you're right, Tiffany! I will update the post. It was a nice site too, it sucks that it's down. Hopefully it will be back up soon. In the meantime, check out the videos if you haven't already. They're inspiring.
